The most popular Provence Rosé in Australia - this has always been a favourite in our store - our fellow drinkers get upset when we run out!
It has a pale salmon pink colour, intensely perfumed berry and provence herb aromas.
Fresh and intensely flavoured delicate red berries on the palate with a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.
Gulp it down !!
Absolutely top of it's game - a premium Rose from Provence!
This exceptional cuvée is extremely limited and a must try for all French rose wine lovers.
Brilliant and delicate flavours balanced with a long finish and a complex structure unlike many rose wines.
Chateau St Georges St Emillion has a strong scent of earth and wood and a mature taste of rich berries. It is paired well with game or beef.
60% Merlot 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Chateau Taffard De Blaignan is a Medoc wine that goes particularly well with roasted red meat, or with hard, a little dry 'mountain' cheese.
Smoky, ripe and structure offering fine tannins and rich black fruits with a structure, concentration and balance already show a wine that will have an excellent future.
This unique blend of 58% Shiraz and 42% Primitivo is sourced from a selection of Barossa sub-regions.
A great wine - full of flavour and smooth and silky - great for a heart warmer!
Bright and pale gold colored wine. Savoury nose of blossom, of exotic fruits and white fleshed fruits. The first impression in the mouth comes from the round and rich palate. Then the citrus brings some freshness which make a quite unique balance.
Fermented in french oak for 13 months, this Fume is full mouth feel yet has delicate fruit.
An absolute blockbuster. Intense blackberry fruit strong but soft, a velvet glove over and iron fist. Dark leather and dry high cocoa tannins and an almost chocolate truffled pallet, supported by creamy blueberry cheesecake and fresh uplifting powerful pure blackberry. The Knights-errant is too long in the mouth to describe except to say it is hauntingly long in the echoes of flavour.
One of our favourite reds - and each year is different but consistently awesome. Boss man often refers to this wine as an anti-social wine because often when opened at a dinner party the talking stops and thoughts are to the amazement of the wine - then the talk changes to discussions of the wine!
Brilliant!

Brilliant!
The 2018 Clarence House Estate Pinot Noir was produced by Anna Pooley and Justin Bubb at Pooley Wines.
2018 was an excellent, warm vintage – crops averaged 5 tonnes per hectare with balanced, full flavoured fruit. The blend for this wine shows the typical complexity of a quality Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
High-pitched, intensely minerally aromas of white flowers, lime zest and white pepper convey striking clarity and vivacity.
Expansive citrus and pear on the palate, but with excellent focus and lift thanks to spice, mineral and tangy peppery notes.
The flavours build and deepen into the finish, which is wonderfully fresh and long.
