Fresh, sweet, alcoholic, savoury flavours with distinct notes of ginger, laurel, vanilla and rhubarb and good length a traditional vermouth recommended for mixing in old-fashioned and modern drinks.
An intense ruby red in colour, the wine shows a complex nose of ripe red berry fruit along with cherries and plums, all well integrated with the spicy sensation of vanilla and pepper created by the aging in oak barrels. The 2014 Villa Antinori Rosso, supple on the palate with soft and velvety tannins, is firm bodied and endowed with a long and tasty finish and aftertaste.
The 2017 Bramito shows a straw yellow colour. The nose is characterised by delicate white flower notes followed by light sensations of citrus fruit. The palate is crisp and with a good body, vigorous, and with pleasurable mineral notes which make the finish and aftertaste enjoyably savoury.
Peppoli 2018 is ruby red in colour. On the nose, Peppoli has intense notes of red fruit; cherries and strawberries that are well balanced with floral undertones of dog rose. Delicate hints of spices, aromatic herbs and notes of light toasting complete its bouquet. On the palate it's vibrant, fresh with supple tannins and a finish that brings back aromatic notes perceived on the nose.
Vermentino from Tenuta Guado al Tasso is straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Good intensity on the nose with citrus aromas, citron peel and elderflowers. Its palate has good concentration yet maintains excellent freshness and balance. Its finish is lingering with light citrusy notes.
Grappa Tignanello is obtained by distilling the pomace of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes harvested in the Tignanello vineyard, situated in the Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico.
The Marchese Antinori Cuvee Royal presents a light-yellow colour along with a creamy foam and a fine and lengthy perlage. The nose is struck by the pleasurable notes of white peach, well balanced by sensations of crusty bread crust and lees. The palate is harmonious and fully expresses the vivacity of a fine Brut.
Santa Cristina offers a red colour with purple highlights. The nose shows notes of ripe cherries, typical aromas both Sangiovese and of Syrah well integrated with the balsamic sensation of mint which characterise Merlot. Pleasurable sensations of vanilla and coffee complete the bouquet. The palate is soft and ample with a fruity finish and aftertaste.

Brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. On the nose: a gentle mineral suggestion. On the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with the still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water - which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite 'more-ish' quality to this quality sparkling water - the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds.

A super shiny appearance with a brilliant silver shimmer. On the nose: very neutral with a subtle fresh appeal. On the palate: the water has a soft feminine approach with a silken, slippery texture and a gentle crisp appeal. Very light in body with a subtle yet noticeable greywacke mineral lift. The finish: is refreshing and, like diving into a high altitude mountain lake, awakens the body, mind and palate.
Bright and deep ruby in appearance.
Fresh and vibrant with aromas of blackberries and black cherries on the nose.
Full bodied with an elegant structure, the palate is balanced and complex with a long textured finish.
Complex, aromatic, food friendly, but fantastically drinkable wine evolves in your glass.
Good structure and length. Carries the Aphelion signature savoury finish.
