Sourced from two historic vineyard sites located in the Central Ranges of NSW.
Barrel-fermented in French and Hungarian hogsteads and matured on lees for 10 months.
A portion of the wine was fermented with indigenous wild strains of yeast and this was blended with traditional barrel fermented and lees-stirred components.
The result is delicate stone fruit and tropical notes combine perfectly with lees stirring, for a deliciously creamy textured and full-flavoured Chardonnay.
The result is a multi-layered wine in the traditional opulent Bunnamagoo style.
Exhibiting tropical fruit flavours with subtle cashew notes, this chardonnay retains its typical supple texture and enticing complexity.
Bunnamagoo Estate Chardonnay will benefit from careful cellaring for up to 6 - 8 years
